Work Experiences...

My experiences in my previous companies taught me things that I thought I would never have -professionalism, accountability and responsibility.
My first job was being a QA and resource personnel in a Non voice BPO Company where cellular phones are not allowed, no internet connection, no yahoo messenger and breaks are being monitored. Aside from that being that resource personnel, I was not allowed to commit any mistakes because a single error will affect the team’s process. I am grateful that I found many ate and kuya that helped me all the way, a very powerhouse team that I still misses after working with them in a span of one year and 3 months.
Second job, was still QA at a telco, where in everything you do is accountable to you and still no internet connection as well as yahoo messenger. I spent my almost 3 years with them before I transferred to my current job.
My current job is still QA at a software house. There are no restrictions, you can access everything! FB, Twitter, tumblr, Plurk – everything! And I’m not used to it. Until now whenever I tried to access those social networking sites I open it in a minimum screen.
In my nine months of working with new sets of people I realized that something is really wrong…
Sometimes it’s not the project that causes the delay; it’s the people in that project…
If all of us will work together as a team we can make things happen. If everyone will be professional enough, if they will act as a responsible one or if they will make one of the company’s vision in action “MALASAKIT” then everything will be ok.
Honestly, I’m really losing the drive to continue… I don’t know if we can finish things and i don’t want to give up. I really hope God will provide each and one of us the strength to finish things!
